They are the worst humans on the world, absolutely refused to take any accountability, kept repeating “you purchased July 6” to me.Įven online they don’t have a dedicated team to respond to a case, so I have a thread of me explaining something and a new reply from the next agent repeating with the first one said… worst customer service experience ever. I sent screen shots, explaining it has to be a glitch in their system. Furthermore my google flight tab is still open, clearly showing June 21… if I try to recreate my steps it still shows Kiwi with June 21 preselected I explained to them from google to kiwi the date is preselected and there is no place for me to input the date. I called them immediately asking for an explaination, and they put the blame on me saying they can see that I input the incorrect date. Tell me why… my purchased ticket now says July 6? This is a ticket from Bangkok to Chiang Mai - I am from the states and will not even be in Thailand on July 6. My first option was actually Air Asia but for some reason my transaction wasn’t going through and there was no explanation for the error I was getting, so I went to option 2 - Kiwi.įrom there it took me directly to their page where the date was preselected, and I put in the rest of my info and purchased the ticket I searched up my flight on google flights for June 21, was giving options. I should have read these comments first! I just got scammed by them as well and so infuriated with their customer service.
